Agreement overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Cyberinfomatic (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company in Nigeria, regarding your use of SketchToPlanAI and related services (together, the “Service”).
SketchToPlanAI turns a hand-drawn floor sketch, or a written brief, into a review drawing you can edit, share, and hand to a registered professional. By accessing, using, or registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These pages apply to SketchToPlanAI. Cyberinfomatic may publish additional company-wide notices on cyberinfomatic.com.
1. Service description
SketchToPlanAI is cloud software that reads a photograph of a sketch, or a room list and land size, and produces a technical review drawing. It is a drafting aid. It is not a licensed architectural, engineering, or quantity-surveying practice, and it does not issue ARCON or COREN stamps.
The Service includes these features
- Sketch-to-Plan. You photograph a hand-drawn floor plan. We trace the walls in that photo and return a technical review drawing of the same rooms, with a door and a window on each room. A toilet window faces the outside. Room marks such as P, B1, KT, and WC are read from the sheet when they are written in pen.
- Description-to-Plan. On eligible packs you enter land size and a room list. We compose a Nigerian ground-floor review drawing from that brief. Every room is drawn with a door and a window, and the toilet window faces the outside.
- 3D conversion. From the finished 2D plan we can build a simple 3D massing model you can turn and save. It is a volume study, not a furnished render and not a structural model.
- Plan editor. You can move rooms, resize them, and change labels on the same drawing.
- Material estimate. An indicative Naira range from average stall rates for the Nigerian zone you pick. Site crew and installation are not included unless a screen says so.
- Export and share. Print, PDF, a two-page sheet (drawing and key), SVG, and a GLB file of the 3D massing where your pack allows them. A share link shows a watermarked review drawing.
Availability. We aim to keep the Service up, including during maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Sketch quality, lighting, and pen contrast affect whether a drawing can be saved.
2. User accounts and registration
Account requirements
- You must be at least 18, or otherwise able to form a binding contract under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in private.
- Tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
- If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. Choosing “homeowner” or “professional” changes presentation only. It does not make the output a stamped plan.
Account responsibilities
- Use a strong password, and two-factor authentication when we offer it.
- Do not share the account or allow someone else to sign in as you.
- Report security concerns promptly.
Account termination. You may stop using the Service and ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Permitted uses
- Turn your own sketches and briefs into review drawings for personal or professional work.
- Upload photos of drawings you own or have permission to use.
- Share the review drawing with a client, a contractor, or a registered professional.
- Use the sheet in a portfolio or a presentation, with the product notices still visible where we place them.
- Edit rooms, labels, and sizes inside the product.
Prohibited uses
- Upload drawings, photos, or plans you do not have the right to use.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, including sexual or nude imagery.
- Treat a review drawing as a construction, tender, or approval document before a registered architect or engineer has checked and, where required, stamped it.
- Claim that Cyberinfomatic designed, approved, or supervised a building.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the conversion engine, models, or interface.
- Use bots or other automated access we have not allowed.
- Interfere with the Service, open accounts with false details, farm the free trial, or resell the Service as if it were a licensed design practice.
Consequences. We may remove content, suspend access, or close the account without prior notice, and we may take further steps where the law requires it.
4. Content safety
SketchToPlanAI is for floor sketches and review drawings. It is not a place for adult or abusive imagery.
You must not upload, generate, or share:
- Sexual, nude, or pornographic content.
- Content that sexualises a person, including a minor.
- Material that is illegal under Nigerian law, including content that exploits a child.
- Sketches or photographs that infringe someone else’s copyright.
We may screen uploads and prompts and refuse a job that fails those checks. You must not try to bypass that screening. A breach can mean immediate removal of the file, suspension or closure of the account, loss of unused credits for that account, and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
5. Intellectual property
Your content
- You keep ownership of the sketches, photos, and briefs you upload.
- You grant Cyberinfomatic a licence to host and process that material so we can run the Service: conversion, storage, display to you, support, security, and legal compliance.
- You confirm you have the right to upload it, and that it does not infringe anyone else.
Review drawings
- The review drawing made from your sketch or brief is licensed to you so you can review it, edit it, and hand it to a professional.
- That licence is not a construction approval and not a stamp. Sample and free sheets may carry a watermark.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated patterns to improve recognition of walls and room marks. We do not sell your sketch as a stock plan.
Our technology
- The software, brand, models, interface, and documentation belong to Cyberinfomatic. SketchToPlanAI is proprietary.
- You may not copy the platform or build a competing service from it, except where Nigerian law expressly allows.
- Names, logos, and the product mark stay ours.
- If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without owing you a fee.
6. Credits, pricing, and payments
Free use
A new account gets 3 finished sketches, with a watermark. A failed sketch is not counted:
- A finished review drawing uses more credits than a later edit, as shown in the product.
- Each new account includes those 3 sketches.
- Free sheets show the product watermark.
Paid packs
Paid use is sold in Naira as credit packs and plans (including Plus, Premium, Premium+, and Studio where offered). Higher packs add projects, description-to-sketch where listed, and fewer sample marks. The live catalog is on /pricing. Credits do not expire unless the catalog says otherwise at purchase. Studio, when offered, is arranged with support rather than a self-serve checkout.
Billing
- Checkout is processed by Paystack, or another processor named at payment. We do not store full card numbers.
- Prices may change for future purchases. A price already paid is not rebilled at a new rate.
- If a payment fails, credits for that payment are not added.
- Fees are not refunded once the credits are delivered, except where Nigerian law requires a refund or we agree in writing.
An introduction to a professional, if we offer one, is a referral only. Their fee is between you and them. Cyberinfomatic does not stamp drawings.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided as available. Maintenance, model updates, and faults can interrupt a job. We may change features, credit costs, or plans, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change by email, in the product, or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after that notice means you accept the change. We may suspend the Service if we must.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. A generated sheet can miss a wall, misread a room mark, or size a room differently from the sketch. It is a review drawing, not a warranty that the building will stand, pass approval, or match a bill of quantities.
- Have a registered architect or engineer check, and where required stamp, the drawing before anyone builds.
- Material figures are stall-rate estimates for a Nigerian zone. They are not a quotation and they omit site labour unless a screen says otherwise.
- We are not liable for structural failure, planning refusal, cost overrun, injury, or loss from using the sheet as if it were a stamped design.
To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, our total liability for a claim about the Service is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or ₦10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Write to us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve a dispute directly. Courts in Nigeria have jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction where our intellectual property is at risk.
