SketchToPlanAI is a software product of Cyberinfomatic (https://cyberinfomatic.com). It converts a photograph of a hand-drawn sketch (or a written brief) into a review drawing, optional simple 3D room massing, and an indicative material-cost range in Naira.
The output is a drafting aid. It is not a construction document, not a working drawing for site, not a bill of quantities, and not a quotation. Dimensions, room sizes, openings, structure, and costs are computer-generated from your sketch or brief. They can be wrong.
Not a licensed practice
Cyberinfomatic is not your architect, engineer, quantity surveyor, or contractor. SketchToPlanAI is not a substitute for a person registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), or an equivalent professional body where you build.
Before anyone excavates, pours, or builds, a registered professional must independently check the drawing, take responsibility for it, and stamp it where the law requires a stamp. You remain responsible for obtaining planning approval, building permits, and statutory consents.
Estimates
Material lists and Naira totals are rough ranges based on typical Nigerian market assumptions by geopolitical zone. They are not a contractor’s quotation, not a tender, and not a guarantee of cost, quantity, or availability.
Your sketch, your layout
The drawing follows the sketch or brief you provided. Furniture symbols and labels are a presentation layer. They do not mean the rooms were designed, sized, or approved by a professional.
3D massing
Any 3D view is simplified room massing for visualisation. It is not photoreal construction documentation and must not be used as structural or services design.
